This is a big blow to Gore and Democrats. I think people should ask the question in debates. Should DOJ and Govt. waste tax dollars to hurt consumers who paid the taxes by abusing their power. More Govt by Democrats vs Less Govt. by Republicans. It is time to downsize the government and fire idiots like Klein, Reno and their kronies who are constantly struggling to create trouble to justify their own existence. A self serving prophecy. Consumer will be the biggest loser here. Nobody wins at the end. More work for lawyers.
