"The most funny thing is the judge who did not have the background (academic / working experience / the Hi Tech trend)"

Ed, judges are allowed to have clerks, and they can hire people who DO KNOW the ins and outs of technical subjects. It happens all the time. But, who says Jackson doesn't know? He had very good training from prep school onward (being an alumnus of the same prep school and having several family members who graduated from Harvard Law, I can vouch for that). As one who devotes a lot of time to investing in the technology sector, I found the Judge's opinions and references to the underlying testimony to be very reasonable. This was a trial on the facts. He issued his findings. I seriously doubt that any appellate court will question his findings of fact.
