I contend not very much. I contend that the judge was not irrational in finding the government's case more convincing (partly because the MSFT witnesses were so bad- that is hardly the judge's fault). I contend that the FOF will stand because they will be given great deference as the findings of ANY finder of fact would be given. I don't think I contend much more than that. Maybe Mr. X would contend something, but he won't be back any time soon. He doesn't post on SI and he regrets he STOLE my computer and my SI account and posted anything at all.
