Info, I predict that MSFT will make new highs before year end. The government could not convict OJ and MSFT has even more money than OJ.

Infostream.com: You have a point but unfortunately we are dealing with flower children who have been appointed by the arch flower child. They have never owned anything in their life and they have never built anything. As I believe Twain commented "Any jackass can kick a barn down - it takes a man to build one". I am sure they will not recant from their desire to despoil MSFT with unworkable and Draconian remedies. They simply don't understand what they are dealing with. The only hope is with another reversal of this bozo in the Appeals Court.JFD

What is good for MSFT is not necessarily good for the Country. MSFT has indeed impeded innovation by the small fry through fear of competition. This action by the Gov't is certainly bad for MSFT holders BUT NOT bad for the tech stock holders in general. I say go for it GOV!

(obviously no position in MSFT -yet!)
