canada has lots of problems with over-reaching, omnipresent government.

OT- if you want to talk about a country being responsible for the most murder/destruction since WWII, the U.S. takes the cake. Here's a list of the countries that the U.S. has bombed since the end of World War II, compiled by historian William Blum. Unfortunately, Canada being primarily a U.S. puppet like Britain, participated in Kosovo.
