If the company does not provide an honest appraisal of Hanil's present status VLNC could be wide open to the formulation of a class action complaint. That complaint could be formulated regardless of the past/present/future movement of VLNC stock, and firms like Stull, Stull & Brody have engendered suits for reasons far less egregious than the company's "three monkey" policies we have had to endure for more than a year.
