Now Hanil has said they have "begun commercial production"

I disagree. By not clarifying the Hanil announcement (whether by verification, denial or evaluation) Valence is denying investors, actual and potential, the information needed to make sound investment judgements. Thus it lays itself wide open to a suit by shorts, longs, or both!
