Bob, it sure would be nice if Global put onto their web site a simple progress report update to their last posing there. Even if Jensen had nothing to add or modify, which would be unlikely, a simple low cost posting to their web site would do wonders for all shareholders. It sure would be nice to see Jensen supply additional and quick feedback after the last 2 updates that places Global in contact with another company. Jensen may feel that an update that declares no change is a waste of time and does nothing, and he could not be more incorrect in thinking that. One would assume that a start up company like Global that has been paying employment checks and fees for 10 years has spent all the investors money obtained thru share sales. Everyone here can not but assume that high dilution has already occured since the original investors money was gone after a couple years and Global was unable to generate a cash flow. But I'am pre-Investing 101 and I might be completely wrong here, but I can only see Jensen obtaining new money for his and employees, plus Twiford's counsulting fee, thru issue of millions more of gpgi shares. Along this thought I see no way Jensen could bring in this outside company except by giving them a piece of the future profits, or a zillion shares. To me this happened in my Mongolian gold mine company thru a consolidation 20:1 and its a big dilution. My thinking is that Jensen does not want to share the profits of Global since it will seem to him like he does not own it all, so if he and Twiford do hold millions and does a consolidation their net numbers will be low, but percentage will remain the same, but then giving this outside company a million will require Jensen and Twiford to "play games" and award them each many millions so that they hold 50%+++ of total shares. Maybe it easier to do this if your a non reporting company ??? Either way I expect my small holding to be diluted big time, and this I understood before buying at 1/8, but I feel that as Zeev long ago said "... a Midas find ..." will offset on the positive side the negative any dilution. This is my extra guess on why Zeev has not brough in. If my speculations here are on target then I as a shareholder would be very much better off if Jensen "paided" the outside company in future profits rather than a million gpgi shares after a consolidation. As for why I bring this up is simply a lack, near total, of what Global is about in terms of money to continue on. <<Regarding someone's comment that Jensen made the decision regarding the new process/plant without Twiford - that is silly. Twiford is the technical resource/adviser for GPGI.>> This most likely is derived from my posting, which is totally speculation on my part since I have none = zero information of the workings of Global. Actually I have not even read the Global web site and only know the stuff posted on this thread. But I harp on the Twiford factor only because thru reading on this thread that he is the single person in charge of the one thing that will make Global successful, yes or no, and its the extraction method since it has already been accepted that the dirt is good for the precious metals being there. Along these thoughts I cannot state where the Twiford factor is as present, but we all know up to the last couple updates that no successful method was had by Global to take it to production as a successful company it has stated to shareholders as its goal. This to me is a statement that Twiford has not delivered any value to Global if commercial production is it goal. As for the present, and to identify this outside company as a means for Global to obtain production of precious metals for a cash flow, I have no information if the work Twiford has done is of value or importance to the process this new company adds. It could be that a "run of the mill" as in "aready knowned" in past mining journals and learning centers, that well knowned methods to prepare this thing called leachs work ok with this outside company, and the only reason this outside company never put their process in a mode for extraction of precious metals at a for profit level was simply they did not know or believe the "desert dirt story". So imagine the possibility that all of Twiford's work is presently not needed, I repeat, nothing that Twiford did is require for this outside company to place their expertise and equipment at Global and obtain the end results of precious metals for sale. How would we know ? Simply, if its so then expect this outside company to go to other desert dirt mining companys and do the same using available to public chemical ways to prepare the dirt as a leach. Again. I do not know what a leach is. For me what happens is not in my "care" catagory. If Global does give me the shaft thru a dilution or reward Twiford when he does not deserve it, I will do nothing and walk away and never look back. I already have other stuff "on my plate" of importance.spags.com Doug
