Amy..do you conclude (from your list of positives) that we will continue to have 30% gains in Nasdaq into the future...I mean what has changed???..the MSFT ruling, by your interpretation, seems like it should boot the Nasdaq up another 100% or so....just like the 100% increase in last 52 weeks...if the dow is worth 36,000 now, surely the nasdaq is under priced..oversold so to speak..& should be at 10,000
