If you are ignoring me, how come you are replying?

You never did explain why you are so unfortunate as to go around saying "Duh." Is it something that runs in your family, or is it just an idiosyncratic congenital defect? Let's hope for the latter--or have you already passed it on to your children? Do they say "Duh" too?
