Sure the futures are down and the World is once again coming to an end except this time its not Greenspan its Jackson of course ably abetted by Klein.

You didn't think the futures would be up before the open on Monday did you?

Stiil I think when the open happens and everyone who wants to dump MSFT has done so probalby in the very low $80's then a bit of stability will retrn and everyone will get back to realizing that investment has to be made and that October is over and so lets get real. MSFT is going to be a discussion for a long time and will slowly fade to the back burner by the end of the week.

One thing is however very very clear and that is that Mr Jackson has spent a good deal of time and effort in making his judgement as painful as possible to MMSFT.

So far has this effort of his gone to produce maximum pain that we have had the pre announcement that the decision would be rendered on "a Friday", the split decision and the careful crafting, word by word avoiding anything that might give the MSFT side anything whatsoever to find a grip on until the victim is held by the throat and its air cut off. This Judge has been from the start, is and will continue to be a determined predator out to kill its prey.

Depsite all the baying from the parasites there is still no clear opinion on exactly how destroying MSFT will be of benefit to the US.

Best regards,

L
