That's just like buying a bad CD from a new band. Or buying software that doesn't work nearly as well as they say it does on the box. Sometimes you get stiffed. Sometimes, you find a diamond among rocks. That is partially what this thread is about. If you read something really bad, we would like to know about it. Vise/versa with something good. A lot of this stuff is just going to sit around.

These guys, informit.com (formerly known as MacMillan personal bookshelf) have been putting free book content on the web for years, yet people still buy their print versions.
