I wish it would be an issue in the presidential election. But, I doubt eith er candidate will raise it. Gore certainly won't since it is his DOJ and Bush, well, he doesn't talk about issue at all anyway.

10%, I think more like 5%. But, when the rest fo the market falls, I bet ya public opinion will fall with rspect to how they feel great about the DOJ victory. The "public" in this country are idiots.

Geez, Frank, it is Republicans like Bob Novak on Capitol Gang who thought the decision was TERRIBLE, and it was Mark Shields (with whom I almost NEVER agree) and the other liberals on the panel who thought the decision was marvelous. Do you really think this decision, by a conservative judge, appointed by President Reagan, is going to give the Republicans an advantage, because it was bad?.... I lose the logic somehow..
