Hmm .. I didnt write very good then .. I believe that with software, intellectual property slows business, whereas sharing code creates business. As soon as code or software ideas becomes someones property, they will try to milk their little cow and make it harder for others to build on top of it. That will keep others from having a cheap shot, but slows business as a whole I believe. So I hope that noone would own software, so that the property to protect is the ability to develop and maintain, ie the good minds. Thats the resource. I must go now.
