Well Scott, if your statement does'nt send the
price of XYBR back to $2 which is where it came from after the recent PR on cooperation with IBM, I'll *uck a duck!!!

I may as well do that as bother to invest any more in
TECH STOCKS, especially those that compete with IBM,
and seek protection from a patent, 'cause IBM'll have
thought about it before everyone else on this planet,
and will end up pickin' n' choosin' from everyone's
product basket, free of charge!!!

You have got to be kidding. So what if IBM holds a zillion patents - they don't own the patent to the wearable computer. Even if they own the patent to every key component used to build them - so what? As long as XYBR is buying those components from someone who is licensed to produce and sell them it doesn't matter one way or the other.
