Wizard, what did Mark Breier do when he was at Amzn? I know Edie, and I have a call into her.
<< Edie Barry was named vice president of new products. Barry has

been instrumental in quickly adding new products and categories,

most recently peripherals and technical books, to the Beyond.com

website. Previously, she was the director of business development

for the Stanford Alumni Association.

Just tuned in. I have 1000 shares of AMZN and I am quite happy but also very confused. An acquisition by AMZN usually results in a decrease in stock price for the company who is doing the acquiring. Why did AMZN go up today?
