My sister has been cleaning up her office and she found a letter I wrote to her when I was 12. It says I'm bored. Gee, that's been going on some time now. Yes, I was a smarty pants even then. Smarty pantitos. (e.g., "When we got here we stayed at Covey's New America Motel. The trash we ate was delicious.") The letter closes with a joke I had heard: There was this Indian who loved tea. He drank so much that last night he drowned in his own teepee.
