MSFT is in the hardware business and makes more revenue per employee in that division than any public traded company. Over $3 Million per employee when the '98 figures were put out.

But don't let reality get in the way of your arguments.

They used to build CP/M add-on cards for the Apple II, and of course they already have a pretty healthy mouse business.
