The story has been that Ken was Acting CFO until confirmed by the Board of Directors. But for some reason the Board must not have any requirement to meet. Just as there must be no requirement to have a shareholder's meeting every year. Last year there was a shareholder's meeting of the old Purewater shareholders to ratify the merger in September. This year nada. With no apparent BOD meeting I think we should continue to rely on the fact that Warren David Williams remains on the BOD.
