I don't know how long we will continue at this pace
I don't know, but I have an opinion! This pattern looks very familiar to me from EMC. A good stock that was a victim of it's own success. After the stock grows, doubles, and splits, it becomes too large a percentage of some Mutual fund's portfolio, and so after the split they sell off half the shares and get it back in balance according to their sector formula. They don't want to clobber the stock price, so they just keep selling all day long at the target price (about $40 it seems) and back off if it plunges below. This could easily continue for several months before the funds ying is back in balance with it's yang. After that the stock will be free to resume it's former course.
