Hi everyone,

I am happy to report that the Brokers Presentation was a successful.

First of all, I like to give you an overall picture of the presentation follow by a brief description of what was discussed at the presentation.

The presentation was held at the "Bankers club" located at 555 California Street in downtown San Francisco. It was a prestige club and was part of the "Carnelian's room" ( a very famous and one of the top ten restaurants in San Francisco). The meeting was on the 52nd floor over looking Bay Bridge, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. It was a top notch location for a meeting and Tom went out of his way to impress the brokers. You cannot choose a better location for a meeting, and my impression is that everyone was impressed and pleased with the facility. I t was first class in my opinion.

There was an impressive number of brokers, analysts, fund managers, and CEO of many firms at the presentation. There were approximately 60 guests, that were roughly 40% of the number of invitations sent out per Mr. Thomas Sandelier (President of the International Investor Relations Group). Among the participants, there were a large group of 6 brokers from Merrill Lynch, other large firm such as Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Regal Securities, Waterhouse, DLJ, and a score of other boutique security firms that I cannot remember the names. Overall, it was an impressive number of big boys among the participants, and these are not the young brokers, they are the older conservative one with pin strip suits and bow tie (remember the movie "Trading Places" with Eddie Murphy), most of them are in their 70's, conservative looking just like the two old men in that movie.

Just a brief report to keep you update,...... I have to board the plane now, will send another message from Vegas late tonight.

Dai

Hi Jorj.,

Tom might have the votes but he is still shareholder sensitive. He pays attention. He just doesn't move on it fast enough. Probably because he is over worked doing his other responsibilities.

That is another reason why I support a board of directors.
