It means that the Commission is aware of the attorney's employment history, and has looked at the matter. If the attorney is still on the case it means that the SEC is satisfied that there is enough distance so that it does not believe that a reasonable person with knowledge of the facts and circumstances would have reason to question the attorney's impartiality in the SLUP case, (if such a case exists).
