Hawkeye, you vent your frustration on the internet. I agree with all you say. You have not been raided yet - or have you? I vent my frustration with correspondence - letters - to one and all with copies no less. I get an FBI and LAPD Bomb Squad Raid. Well, push is coming to shove. SLUP has to file their 10Q pretty soon and no doubt they will give us a heads up as to what, if anything, gives within those in the (?) SEC halls. I really think it's amazing that the SLUP management has been able to keep their cool under such a biased investigation. The longer it goes, the harder it is for SEC to give up - and 19 months is a LONG TIME. And since they designated Ms Finston to head the investigation, it would be impossible for them to abandon her. What else could they say but that they have absolute faith in her integrity. Conflict of interest? How could you say such a thing? As I said in my letter before Ms Finstons prior association was unearthed, which brought on the raid: "You will not admit your actions are draconian - totally out of proportion. And so you let Solucorp and its shareholders languish in perpetual pink sheet purgatory with the hope that this matter will fade away. "It will not fade away. The longer you sit on it, the more odorous it will get. Given enough time, this attempt to ruin a small company will foul the halls of the SEC with a stench that will be difficult to erase. Solucorp will survive. Their MBS technology is just too good, and the management totally dedicated." What I wrote September 22, is more true now than then. SEC will have to display their hand eventually if not sooner and then let the fun begin.
