Not worried. Maybe I will begin worrying in one, two, four, more years, when they have something working. Of course, they well as others, can use QCOM's IP, call it something else and try to avoid paying royalties. Maybe this will wind up in some court of law, maybe they fall even farther behind. Who knows?
Let's see what they come up with and if it works, and whether it is something new.
