Mike, At 5:40 p.m. I'm checking out stocktalk and watching CNBC,same as I've done for years. Maria Bartiromo in commenting....and all of a sudden she says "Newbridge Networks will be a stock to watch tommarrow. Company is holding a special board meeting to discuss selling the company. I was flabergasted. She said it like impromptu. No other mention was made and my ears didn't deceive me. Don't know if it can be corroborated. Apparently no one else heard it which I find hard to believe. We'll see. vargasc
