It's been reported here on this thread earlier this evening.

It was also discussed on CBC's BusinessWorld; and I believe someone posted a news clipping.

To convene a special board meeting would imply that one or more offers are in hand. The board will need to decide which investment banker(s) will act on NN's behalf.

vargasc: Yes there is a Board Meeting scheduled. I understand it has nothing to do with any sale.Instead,it is to deal with the STII issue since that Company has served termination agreement if they do not get a revised offer.
