She called me back today after the market. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Things are looking she said much better. She said that by friday they should have everything done. The SEC wanted all the filings in one shot. So they will have out on Edgar by middle of next week all the filings. All the way to the quarter ended SEptember 30. So we will see it all on edgar she said. They were working their butts off to get all done. So they should have it done Friday, and on Edgar by middle of the next week. She believes that this time they have all the SEC asked them, and soon we should start trading on BBs again after the SEC review. She sounded a hell of a lot better. So i feel better, and hopefully we should see the north side for a change in the stock price. To verify all this, you can call her guys. Good luck to all.

We have responded to all the SEC questions and comments timely. We have filed and re-filed reports. Our Form 10-SB Amendment No.2 was filed 11/1/99 with the SEC via EDGAR www.freeedgar.com. The SEC changed their position on the treatment of acquisitions and required the re-statement of certain assets and mandated significant adjustments to the financials (specifically, real estate acquired from related parties to the original cost in hands of the transferor). Prior treatment of acquisitions were consistent with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals. EDII's Accountants and Attorneys are working diligently amending 10-K and Q's (1st and 2nd quarter 1999), 3rd quarter will follow.
