thanks.. My few trades today were confirmed by phone even though I really had only trouble with SI and not anything else. A very few times it did not state that the trade went through but from experience I knew it had. Thats one reason I'm pretty much done with options. Just spreads that are too wide and unpredictable mornings. I was worried about exiting even an option put position in AMZN I closed because of fears in the morning if AMZN heads north I don't want to be holding puts that haven't begun to trade.
