Actually, I believe Intel has argued that they have not violated the patents. But, should they be found to have violated the patents, I believe they will argue about $1B. That's a hell of a rate of return on a $50,000 investment (by the way, the original holders of the patents gets 10%--generous of those attorneys, huh?).
