Windsock: Thanks for showing me the direction of the wind. It is now safe to take off. What a bunch of crap but this is more of the irresponsible reporting that is typical of the headline hungry tribe at CNBC. Nuisance suits like this appear on the horizon everyday in America because we have no penalties for bringing false and capricious matters before the courts. If we had laws like this as they do in other countries a lot of this stuff would be down the hopper.They are the Financial equivalent of the Star. They should put their monitors at the check out counter. Oh there I go again giving away my latest marketing scheme. JFD
