Hang in there David but don't buy yet. The fundamentals are still there but we're not done falling. We hit support in the mid .30's and it hardly slowed us down. We have no other support in the charts and no indication that we're reversing this trend. Enough on the chart. The Nov2 PR said IHTL was *"...considering potential acquisition candidates."* Think about it, this says absolutely nothing. Why did they release this non-news PR? That is what they do! Jan12 is do or die, either SEC approved or be delisted. A PR expressing progress in this endeavor would have mega clout. Where is it? Conclusion. This downfall in the price IMO reflects the frustration of receiving worthless PR's, announcements that seem never to reach completion, tests that are successful and then disappear, etc. Still, I will add a good percentage to my holdings when 1 of 2 things happen. 1) If we see 3 days of improved closing prices or 2) they announce that they have submitted their financials. My off the wall guess is we'll see 12 cents first. Oops, didn't mean to ramble on. DuGen
