Hi Everyone,

A change in my schedule id not allow me to post last night, my apology to each and everyone. Here is the continue report....from my hotel in Vegas!!

The meeting began at 1:30PM after a full lunch was served by the staff of the "Carnelian' s room restaurant". It began with the introduction of eConnect Staffs by Mr Sandelier (IIR Group). Tom Hughes, James Wexler and
Michael Koefed were among the eConnect management team.

A 6 pages color brochure were given to each guest titled "Building Internet Same-As-Cash E-commerce Payment - Research Report for eConnect". The brochure described:
1) The history of eConnect.
2) The future of e-commerce with eConnect as a new business model.
3) A description of eConnect Auctioning (eConnectauction.com).
4) Building same-as-cash Internet payments:
- Opening Internet trading accounts
- Pay mortgage 5 minutes before it is due
- Pay taxes 5 minutes before deadline
- Make cash donation to charity
- Pay bills without writing checks
- Enjoy substantial merchant discounts
5) A full page devoted to the explanation of how the ePin works, with a diagram of the hosts, the main hub, the sub hubs, and merchants etc...
6) A description of all the patents and patent-pending products such as:
EZDEPOT, EZSHOP, EZPAY, ESECURE SYSTEMS, EPINPAD, EPOCKETPAY, EKEYS,
ESECUREMAIL.
7) A Strategic alliances with the stock brokerage firm and Kanakaris Communications .
8) The last page of the brochure listed: eConnect address, Executive officers& directors (Tom as CEO, Michael Koefed as CFO, and James Wexler as president of Auction Division).
9) A box on the last page of the brochure list a recent financials info of eConnect:
-Recent Price: 14 cents ( on printing date)
-52-Week Range: 5 cents - 80 cents
-Shareholder's Equity: 40%
-Share Outstanding: 83,150,201 shares
-Float: 18 millions
-Market Capitalization: $12,472,532

The Presentation by Tom evolved around the description and explanation in detail of each topic/product on the brochures. There were no new or exciting news that were released at the meeting. There were no mention of who is
the brokerage clearance firm of the Cash2Trade program, no mention at all about the Australian group except that eConnect is actively pursued the gaming in Ireland and United Kingdom.

A large screen with a slide show guided Tom through each topic on the brochure. At the end of the presentation, there were a demonstration of the ePin on the large screen; however, it was not a live testing (no credit card
were used as a test, but rather the step by step demonstration of the process).

The presentation lasted about 35 minutes, follow by the questions & answers session that lasted approximately 20 minutes. The presentation ended at 2:40PM. There were approximately 10 brokers/guests who stay around for
one on one discussion with Tom/James/Michael/Thomas. The presentation was officially over at 3:00PM when everyone left.

One important observation was that, many guests were taking note during the presentation; however, the question & answer session were rather disappointed with only a handful of questions (I did not raised any questions, I was there
simply as an observant).

Overall, I was impressed with the location of the meeting, with the professional 6 pages color brochure, and with a large audience of brokers/analysts at the presentation. It is hard to say if this will or will not lead to an explosive recognition for eConnect; however, I was
pleased to see that Tom is out there trying to get the words out about eConnect.

Hopefully, this will be the break that eConnect needs to get
recognition and to move to the next level.

That is all folks, I will be back from my trip on Thursday morning. Should anyone have questions, please feel free to ask. I will respond by Thursday.
