Steve, it seems TXCC turns to boom is up next. Today we have PMCS leading the show. It's just the matter of time I think so I'm keeping TXCC untouched. GNSS - another bounce back from the $15's and this is the second time it does that - a possible double bottom. Coupled with the 50% haircuts, I'm pretty sure most technicians also see that as a strong signal. But another scenario is it trade in the 15's again and build a base. Either way, I think this is a good buying opp.
