FYI, it appears the Boca IT office is CLOSED and that TEachdaq is no longer part of PABN. I have called IT in NY they told me Boca IT has been shut down. As far as Teachdaq, I have not been able to confirm but trust the source it came from :) Also upon calling for information from PABN a member received a fax that was basically the old web site. With the incorrect shares authorized/outstanding and it still had Laura listed as a staff member. It was basically the Old website printed out. I have a copy of that fax, if I can upload it I will :) ragingbull.com
