Slider, I agree 100%. That's why although I'm still overweighted in large caps I started buying back some TMR and RRC. I even bought SEI today due to the short interest and it the fact that it's at a 52 week low practically. Even though it's a seismic company it'll bounce soon when people start looking for something to ride since they missed the sector leaders. Starting to get overweighted in XTO. UPR's and EOG's action of late tells me OEI and XTO will bounce soon too.

Hard disk drive makers (laggards in tech) now making their move/ie: small cap E&P's I think we will see the same type of move in the micro/small caps here as the disk drive makers are experiencing in tech. The leaders reach a bit of resistance, then the funds rotate into & back and fill on the laggards... Anyone like IIR here ? - picks & shovels; dirt cheap and a 3 x move back to prior cycle levels... good balance sheet - a no brainer here imho. I'm in a bit of RRC here; let's see if we get a 3-5 day move back to $4 for a 25% trade...
