TRIIBoy's take on the private placement: Let me ask a simple question. Why would SONO need more money? If they disappointed on sales they would need less cash to grow through receivables and inventory. The only reason they would need and want more money is if they planned on growing more rapidly than they had previously anticipated. Plus the private placement was done to two BIG investors. They will each own more than 5% of the company and are well recognized names in the fund biz... This is a good thing people, just like the secondary in April was a good thing. Remember what it did in April came all the way back from $20 to $13, and then took off. Don't be fooled by the selling, take advantage of it.
