Yes, you're right about those horses... they're almost totally bomb-proof... which is a good thing considering their size. They have a lot of heart too... I've never had that kind of horse refuse at a jump or run out to the side... you point them in the direction that you want to go and they just GO... I guess they were bred for that for centuries and it really shows...

One of the reasons I am out of the horse business is because I couldn't handle the cruelty I saw by owners. To me a horse is a pet. I couldn't stand how violent some people get with their horses.

My niece often rides 'warm bloods'. Some pretty big ones, too. So how do you tell a warm blood from a cold blood? The cold bloods nip you when your back is turned, or what?
