The SEC is going to explain their position on what? the Solucorp case or their respose to your last letter?

Is that normal for the SEC to advise your congressman that they are sending a letter out to you to advise of the situation. I hope it is not just another standard PFO type of letter with no real substance to make us go away. I received my letter from the SEC and they might as well as saved the stamp because they didn't say a word that is helping to resolve the case against Solucorp Kevin
