I heard that the Nasdaq listing could be done within a week. There are about 13 million shares outstanding. Most of the buying lately is US driven, probably on speculation about whatever new business might be acquired by ICQ (e.g. reverse takeover). In my experience with these reverse takeovers, there is often a share consolidation and massive issue of new shares to the previous owners of the acquired business. Still, it sounds like there could be good news for current holders of ICQ shares. I guess it will depend on whether the acquired business is a high-flyer.
