Just looking over the Oct 29 filing - interim financial statements for the six months ended Aug 31. Of note: 50% dilution in a year. From 8.108MM to 12.648MM PP 1.25MM common shares @.40 April PP 1.50MM sp warrants @.50 May Options 190,000 common shares @ .15 May Warrants 300,000 common @ .15 June Warrants 800,000 common @ .60 July PP 334,000 sp warrants @ .90 Aug Included in issued capital stock are 2.25MM shares (1998- 1.5MM) currently held in escrow; 500,000 were released from escrow during the period. Loss (.03) share. LOL I love these Canadian companies, "unlimited common, first and second preferred authorized".
