Matt,

I have to agree. Position trading signals are not producing the results that they should.

I have been looking at your data on the SPX. What was the criterion for consecutive days in a uptrend. Was it that each day of N days had higher closes than the previous day?
Was yesterday the 5th day of a uptrend or the first day? I gather that today had a greater than 5 to 1 chance of being another up day?

Thanks,

Bob
