Yesterday I was having a lot of trouble; today some but not as much. I never know if its my isp or SI or both.

SI is very slow. Is it my Internet connection or SI? Are you experiencing the same?

I've had problems over the last 2 or 3 days, and on different ISPs...so I belive the problem is with SI.
