OK, Greg, I can accept that. This from my previous post: <<Further assume MRVC holds 80%, or between $720 million and $1.6 billion worth of OA stock.>> At the lower OA value, if MRVC still traded around $27, that would essentially value the entire rest of MRVC's operations at zero (even the cash on the balance sheet). At the higher valuation (20xsales for OA, should we be so lucky), anything less than $50 would value the rest of the company negatively. Aren't we likely to have a substantial MRVC price rise after IPO if OA is successful?
