>Short selling> Why are you so convinced that the private placement will result in short selling? Are you basing this on short figures or the belief that becasue the purchase price was below the market value, they will automatically short? If the new investors are aware of the funds being necessary for the ramping up of production, why short? I am not arguing against the possibility that the private investors saw an opportunity for a quick return but just trying to gain some perspective on your degree of certainty!
