No joke, I don't call customer support, never could think of a reason to do so. I refer to responses from the staff at qcharts@onelist.com and their site. They are very open and informative. They attempt to keep the customer aware of problems. Many tips and hints are provided. There are always the complainers and those that build any problem up as a conspiracy, but aside from them, they are excellent places to keep up to speed on the product.

The only thing I get from Qcharts is the most effective RT data source, I have seen and have no connections to company.

jb,

When I was with Track On Line back in 1996, had to wait on hold for 40 min plus and then some company guy would yell at you for wasting his time. Diamond MultiMedia customer service doesn't know the number for Diamond Multimedia technical support and tells you to call information. Real Networks responds to software problems by telling you how happy they are everything is fixed and working OK. TC2000 hold times can be 40 mins on bad days. Omega Research, don't even ask.
