Dear Vote.com voter,

Vote.com would like to let you know about a new vote on an issue that could
have a dramatic impact on the future of the information superhighway.

The Advisory Commission on Electronic Commerce, which was created to advise
Congress on Internet tax issues, will meet in San Francisco on December
14-15, 1999.

The head of the Commission, Virginia Governor James Gilmore, has proposed a
ban of all taxes on e-commerce, while other Commission members are urging an
Internet tax to benefit state and local governments.

Vote.com is now holding a vote on the question: Should e-commerce be taxed?
Every vote will be sent to the Commission, to members of Congress, and the
President. If you want your voice to be heard on this issue, log on to
vote.com. Make your vote count!
