Speaking of power lines, I went to a city far away and met a friend and drank some beers and he told me about his childhood in a city somewhere that had electric buses.

Or streetcars or something.

Anyway, I don't know if this is feasible or true, but he said that as kids, they would get heavy chain (from where?) and get on the roof and chuck it over the electric lines. They aren't insulated, and so it would explode and blow breakers somewhere or everywhere and shut down whole areas of the neighborhood. Or City, or something.

I, I, spanked him, is what I did.
