Peter,

I have been consistently cordial to you, and yet you insist on being insulting and condescending to me. It is safe to say, that you have absolutely no idea how Q-Charts works on my machine. I believe you when you say you are having problems. I have even tried to assist with some ideas on how various people with problems could perhaps solve some of those issues. You seem uninterested in my attempts to help you to receive the same quality quote delivery that I have from them.

While I am sorry for your frustration, it appears that you have no real interest in solving the problem but just in griping about it. I am sorry I was unable to help you solve your problems. My quotes are working fine. Perhaps you will be happy elsewhere.

Matt

I agree with you Peter, QCharts is simply, as a matter of established fact, basically a garbage quote/chart service. I am cutting it off this month, too. It simply doesn't work! And, they do not support the product/service very well at all. There are many superior sources of quotes delivered over the internet. The QCharts software itself is obviously compelling and innovative; it can hook you in pretty well when you first start using it. But after a while, you realize they are just not delivering, not providing what you're paying for. It's just not their priority.

You know what is going on, they were a marginal-quality provider before the acquisition -- it is quite obvious their management team simply DOES NOT CARE about the quality of the service they're delivering. And, is unwilling to communicate with clients, or fix problems when there is trouble (like, most of the time).

So, I have a solution - I am dumping them! Sure, it will be tough to shake them off off from billing my credit card, I know that from prior experience, so I am going to cancel the credit card this weekend as a preventitive measure. Beats spending hours on hold on their so called (what a joke) "customer service" line, trying to convince them to reverse charges, and then it never happens. That was my experience twice before with Quote.com.

So goodbye, QCharts -- we'll not be back!! And for those of you defending them on this thread, blaming their server problems on the internet, etc. you can now have a field day as I won't waste my time here (or sorting out all of those onelist messages :)

Good trading (when you can get quotes),

-Steve
