Just for the record--- how are we to know WHAT you are when you appear out of nowhere?
Anthony may have an excellent track record-- he also has quite a reputation and it isn't all positive. However, this is not a new phenomenon on threads, and I find the sudden appearance of known shorters who advise their followers to short and then begin the slow destruction of a company by innuendo and even outright accusations of fraud without real proof to be a dubious and ethically questionable practice. Tokyo Mex has had great success also, but I think he is as corrupt as they come. Just how much research does Anthony actually do before he shorts a tiny company?

Any and all information that sheds light on a company's practices should be welcome to investors. But the APPEARANCE here has been of a coordinated group attack to make quick money on a stock that popped because of some announced agreements with some very reputable companies.

If indeed Anthony is the altruistic, benevolent savior you present, may I suggest that to appear suddenly screaming FRAUD! FRAUD! I'm SHORTING your finally successful stock! is a questionable way to introduce oneself to a group?

So far there has been little factual basis for his fraud accusations. I would appreciate information presented in a reasonable, straightforward way that points out the questions he has about this company and any proof that there are illegal practices going on. What is truly off-putting is to go to Anthony's thread and read posts that sound like conspiracy efforts against SSFT. This does not breed confidence in his character.

Anthony's track record may be great-- but by what means did he achieve it? I don't know him and he may be all you believe--- or he may not.

Sean, Anthony posted somewhere something to the effect: "Who the hell ever heard of OCR and Textbridge." Anthony may or may not have a good stock track record, but that statement indicates a pathetic lack of knowledge of one of the most important aspects of image processing. So take that into consideration.

Then have Anthony answer Bill Ulrich's challenge: what material was omitted? So far your "teacher" has made charges without producing any evidence.... which is an obvious "material omission" itself. You all charge fraud, let's see your evidence.

You do have some evidence of fraud, don't you?
