Thir last "P.O" anouncements were nothing more than shipments from one Valence subsidiary to another. The most recent press release follows this pattern - and was timed to blunt the release of another loss report which continues their unbroken record of zero revenues, stock dilution, and massive losses. The VLNC stock fraud will eventually - and inevitably - trade at zero.
